In recent years, I have developed my work in the field of visual arts that use photography as a technical medium and a means of creating artworks. However, I believe that the intersection of disciplines enriches artistic production. It is this blend and the influence of literature, cinema, painting, theatre, dance, and even science, engineering, psychology and other fields that take us beyond our comfort zone and allow us to create and evolve. In this sense, a defining feature of my work has been the influence of painting, which often imposes itself like a diaphanous veil between myself and what I photograph, creating further layers of interpretation within the image itself and leaving it to the viewer to continue the narrative construction or to create a narrative for the work.
