In the current exhibition Being, the texts are taken from various works, but most are from A Long Gay Book. These are series with multiple variations, where the rhythm and pace are dictated by the PVC surfaces, measuring 85×23, 85×23, 85×23, 85×23, 85×23… etc., creating sets, groups, and series. This system generates an invisible cadence that only becomes detectable when the serializations are viewed as a whole. Then, the music of the writing becomes immediately apparent as the phrases, painted in acrylic and later pasted on the wall, are read aloud. The series form units in which the words maintain a continuity, a unique format composed of varying numbers of units such as 1 of 1, 1 of 3, 4 of 4, 3 of 5, 6 of 6, 2 of 7, 1 of 24, and 1 of 33.
